Where we ship

We ship Australia-wide. We do not currently ship internationally.

Cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

Dispatch and delivery time

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. Please allow 5–12 business days from dispatch for delivery.

Our mats are shipped directly from our overseas manufacturing partner, with final delivery in Australia handled by Australia Post. This keeps our prices lower than they would otherwise be, but it does mean delivery takes longer than a domestic-warehouse order.

During peak periods delivery may take longer than the estimate above. If your order is running late, email support@chillpaws.com.au with your order number and we will chase it up.

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show its first scan.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.

Lost or undelivered parcels

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will either resend it or refund you in full.
